평신도사역자 과정 (1년과정)
교회안 평신도들이 자신들안에 잠재되어 있는 더 큰 무언가의 일부를 보게 하는 것, 교회의 단순한 필요성에 의한 봉사의 요구나 접근이 아닌 자신의 소명을 발견하고 재능과 미션이 함께 가는 것임을 이해하게 하는 것이 평신도리더십에서 중요합니다. 성경의 진리안에서 교회들의 건강한 공동체의 중요구성 원동력이 되어줄 리더를 세우기 위한 평신도 리더쉽 과정은 일년에 봄학기와 가을학기로 나누어 1학기당 12주 일정으로 매 학기 4과목씩 2학기제(총 8과목)로 학력과 연령에 제한이 없습니다.
과목구성: 신,구약, 소명발견,기독교세계관 I: 세계종교와 이단, 크리스챤의 정체성: 나는 누구인가?- Body Theology 와
유교와 정체성, 영적리더십과 멘토링, 성경적 일터신학, 성경적상담코칭
It is important in leadership to allow christian to see some of the larger things that are potentially in them, to discover their callings and understand that talents and missions go hand in hand, not the demands or approaches of service by the simple necessity of the Church. The leadership course to establish a leader who will be an important driver of the healthy community of churches. The leadership course is divided into spring and fall semesters a year, with a 14-week schedule per semester, with four courses per semester and two semesters (8 courses in total).

교육전도사 수료증과정(2년과정)
평신도 사역자들이 출석하고 있는 뉴저지 교회의 담임 목회자의 사역을 도울 수 있도록 교육인력을 양육하기 위한 위탁교육과정으로 주일학교와 청소년 교육사역을 위한 교육전도사 / 디렉터가 없는 지역 교회학교들을 돕기위하여 전2년 4학기 과정을 마치고 나면 뉴저지교회협의회가 인준한 공동수료증이 디딤돌 아카데미에서 발급됩니다.
This certificate course is to help empower servant leaders to become a minister in children/youth ministry to guide and nurture a small/mid-size congregation which has a shortage of clergy, with a special focus on communicating with young people in the Christian faith. It is ideal for those who have a strong calling to raise the next generation. This certificate course will also offer an internship after completion at a local church.
이 과정을 통하여 신앙 인격과 신학의 기초를 형성하는데 목적을 두고 신학지식의 전달뿐만 아니라 실천적 과제들을 통한 신앙 훈련으로 성숙한 신앙 지도자, 사역자, 교육 전도사 양성과 올바른 신학 사상의 전달에 목표를 두고 있습니다.
평신도 리더십 과정을 이미 졸업한 자는 3학기부터 실제교과 8과목만 이수하면 수료증을 받을수 있습니다.
지원 자격
1) 편입 : 평신도 리더십 과정을 졸업한 자
2) 신입 : 출석 담임목사의 추천을 받은자로 출석교회에서 주일학교 또는 청소년 교육부에서 이미 사역을 하고 있는
교육전도사로 세움을 받은 평신도 사역자/리더
*필수 이수3과목- 신약개론, 구약개론, 소명발견

2) 신입생에 한하여 출석교회의 담임목사 추천서
